On March 4, 2022, Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko gathered Filipino Nihongo Teachers and advocates at his residence and hosted a dinner reception to celebrate the growing number of Japanese language learners in the Philippines. Mr. Philip B. Sanvictores, President of Nihongo Center Foundation and the Philippine Institute of Japanese Language & Culture Foundation, delivered his speech at the reception sharing the foundations’ humble beginnings, where it currently stands, and plans for the future.
Our institutions look forward to facing these new challenges in the “New Normal” as we actively pursue new opportunities for promoting and teaching the Japanese language and culture of Japan through appropriate technologies and social media.
